Today I heard of the term emotional intelligence or EI, and I thought it was really interesting and intriguing!
I learnt that it’s a state of mind that guides you on your thoughts and actions. But wonder if I have good EI yet. Not sure if it’s going to be the same for everyone because everyone has different thoughts and act differently. Mere EI would suffice or do we need something else to make our actions right? Because every time there is a good thought there maybe an even better one following that and your mind may conflict with your thoughts itself.
Maybe it’s the decisioning capability and getting to stick to that thought is also part of EI !
So I conclude this thought with getting to have more clarity on this topic. Comments and suggestions for helping me get clarity are welcome! LOL!

“Walking a mile in someone else’s shoes” is perhaps the most direct way to develop EI. Think about what that phrase means.
