In this picture presented, roadside tree is brought down by the man cutting it by an axe.

If the man cuts the branch he is on then he will fall too.

More natural way to cut would be to be on the side of the tree rather than the opposite side as in this picture.

If the man say didn’t know that then he is either dumb or not being objective of the task.

Finally I’m getting to understand that this picture easily conveys both dumbness and greatest illogical mind. The one who doesn’t see the big picture but just focuses on mundane tasks. Especially important to know why and how to do our tasks, just how wouldn’t suffice.
