Today I’m going to give tips on dealing with fear. Yesterday I realized readily that dealing with different emotions each day is truly important at least for kids. Got to think really hard on how great it would be to get good tips from other kids, so I’m putting down my tips below.
Teach kids to use these tips when they are scared or fearful of unknown things.
- Be sure to read some emotions of your loved ones, if they are not anxious you don’t have to be either.
- Next if you still are fearful do find some comfort with a favorite toy or food or anything familiar. Take some sort of comfort object with you to all new places.
- Also read about doing fun things or remember something fun to forget your fear.
- Consider giving new things a try one small step at a time and amazing things can find you
- Book some sort of reflection time for yourself so you can think and learn from just yourself. No school can teach you to find yourself .
- Last but not the least, talk to some elders like parents or mentors and express your fears , they most definitely can give you comfort and confidence to handle instantaneously.
Hope that there are more tips you can share with me too !

Great post. I ask myself “what’s the worst that can happen?” And almost always it turns out that that “worst” isn’t so bad after all. And asking that question helps dealing with your fears.
And math and statistics help too, if you understand them. If you have the fear of flying, it helps to know that, statistically, flying is the safest mode of transportation today, even safer than driving and riding a bike.
Thats cool , math how nice !
