94: Jet Lag!

I was scared and worried that I was astronomically getting sick as I was always sleepy . I was sleeping in the day and was wide awake at night. I was hungry at odd times and was not able to eat well when my mommy gave me food. I was also feeling groggy and drowsy all the time.

Then later my parents explained that this is jet lag and happens when one travels across different time zones, and nothing was happening to me! This will be over in a few days until I adjust to the new time zone!

We all laughed out loud.

  1. How long did it take for you to get out of it? Usually it takes about a day for each time zone you cross.
Did you know you can experience a mini jet-lag when the clocks change to daylight savings and back?
