I want to share my experience with a great monument the Statue of Liberty.
I’m near the statue and I’m so excited about teaching everyone what it conveys. Green robe and a spiky crown only play mere role, the primary focus is the torch. The torch indicates the light of hope for everyone in this country. And peculiar is that she has broken shackles at her feet to indicate that freedom of life is for everyone in this country.
I’m now more proud to be an American who gives hope to tolerate everyone no matter who they are, what they do and how they are! I’m only writing this to express my love and good will for everyone around me.
Please name a monument that has been your favorite. Mine is literally liberty statue now.

Hi Abhi! I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it. I went to see the statue many years ago, it’s an experience for sure.
One question for you – Did you know that the original color was not green but over time it turned green. Why? (there is a chemistry answer to it!)
I saw the Taj Mahal as a kid, but only vaguely remember it now. Would like to see it again someday. You could plan on that on your next India trip!
Talking of monuments – have you wondered about the seven wonders of the world. That’s an idea for a post!
